Refund and Return Process

1. The Clients must notify the W3C Platform in writing about their intention to seek a refund, providing detailed reasons for their request.
2. The W3C Platform will evaluate the request and investigate the circumstances surrounding the refund claim.
3. If the claim is deemed valid, the W3C Platform will determine the refund amount, which may be a partial or full refund of the fees paid by the Clients for the specific software development project.
